I hope someone can help with this question. Over the past week I've has a lot of stomach issues. It feels swollen like I'm pregnant, burning a bit and my ribs hurt. Discomfort is more on my left side than my right. Right now I'm on one antibiotic and a ton of supplements. My diet hasn't been great. I've eaten a lot of sugar, drinking coffee and soda, which I know is a no no.

I've read that it could be gastritis. If it is, what can I do? I'd hate to stop taking these supplements if I need them. I also don't want to cause damage to my stomach lining.

Thanks!

I'd start with the diet...which isn't what you want to hear. You're not going to do yourself any favors by eating that stuff. Look into using stevia, and there is a soda called zevia made with stevia and no crap. Also get really aggressive with your probiotics.

I don't think you can even start to think about gastritis until you eliminate more common problems like diet and probiotics.

Thanks for the advice. I'll get on the diet and try some of your suggestions.

change the diet first. Consider adding in Manuka honey second. See reviews: http://www.amazon.com/Wedderspoon-Organic-Manuka-Active-17-6-Ounce/dp/B000VK08OC/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1329925296&sr=8-1

Good luck,
Timaca
