I am starting to add GrapeFruit Seed Extract into my protocol. i pulse flagyl two days out of the week. It seems i handle this amount good for now

I have started out taking 5 drops twice a day of GSE. I feel like im noticing herxing from it

What have YOU experienced with this? Is it known to be as strong of a cyst buster as Flagyl? Or is it weaker. Did alot of you herx alot on it? What was your dosage of it,?

Just looking for experiences and any knowledge you might have about GSE! thanks! [Smile]

It's not as strong as Flagyl but it is effective. I herxed on it, but not as badly as I did on Flagyl

My LLMD suggested I take this while still on ABX (minocycline and rifabutin). I wonder if it is better to take this when you are NOT taking ABX. I have been taking it with breakfast and dinner along with some other supplements at that time.
