Another key link between Lyme disease and sinusitis (rare chronic cases) is that both are sometimes characterized by vertigo, a sensation of moving even when you are stationary. This is illustrated in the case of a woman whose daughter had been suffering from vertigo for over three years. The girl was diagnosed as having fungal frontal sinus. She then underwent three surgeries on her infected sinus to alleviate the condition, yet it gave her no respite from vertigo. Later tests confirmed that the girl was suffering from Lyme disease.

This is how my symptoms started was a vertigo attack.. Have had a sinus like infection for three years but the abx aren't touching it.
This is something I am going to discuss with my doctor ..

Heres what My LLMD told Me; Vertigo & woozy/dizziness are two different symptoms and treated different in lyme patients.
Vertigo or dizziness/woozy? Make sure you are very clear on this before you tell your doctor.
Vertigo is when the room is spinning.
Dizziness or woozy is a sense of unbalance.
I was very dizzy at the start of my symptoms, but the room was not spinning.
BTW, I also have had the sinus/ear like infection on my left side which came with the lyme headaches & it comes back every now and then (flare ups). As a matter of fact the whole left side of my body became weak soon after the dizziness.
I've always had left ear and left sinus problems in the past (3 or 4 times a year avg).
I think; Lyme & Co is very smart like a little army attacking the weakest parts of us first, so they can gain a foot hold and gather up more troops.
What I do know now is; My Immune System needs to be rebuilt the proper way. Diet, ABX, Exercise & Vitamins. BTW, Chemically isolated vitamins do more harm then good, IMHO.
