Is this a reaction to Bart die off? Or bad reaction to rifampin?

This is my first time treating bartonella in a year and a half since starting Lyme tx.

I also started monocycline yesterday and Nordic naturals fish oil.

The bumps don't itch they are just white pinkish raised bumps

I didn't take any rifampin today. My dose is 300 mg Monday to Thursday in the mornings and monocycline 100 mg in evenings.

Any ideas?

I've been on Rifampin since November and started Mino in January. I've had four different types of rashes since starting.

I've had something that looks very similar to ringworm, raised pink bumps in a couple of different spots that come and go every two weeks, streaks on my neck that come and go, and the red pinhead like dots.

Good to know. I am on mino twice a day and just finished my first round of rifampin yesterday.

I will look for reactions. I did notice my foot pain is not as intense.

All the Best, MattH
