Im just finished my 3 rd week. Was focused this week, today klonopin did nothing for me. 2 grams and oral zithro.is it herx, not too much physical. Back of skull pains in head. I have hyponatremia, low salt, checking bloods tomorrow. Sleep is horrible and usually I'm a vegetable the next day. Third week herx, cycle 28 days? Tks.
