I've had this awful mid back pain since I started seeing a chiropractor last year.
It still nags at me a lot.
When my lyme is worse, so is the pain.
Does anyone know any thing I can do to ease the pain?
I thin maybe the chiropractor some how messed my mid back up since it was never an issued until I started seeing him.

I have HORRIFIC back pain as well. This is one of main symptoms. In fact, sometimes it hurts so bad I want to cry, and I'm not a crier.
I try and have someone rub it for me. If no one is around I take a warm/hot shower. And I also do alot of stretching. It doesn't make it totally go away, but it sure does help.

Once in a while, when flaring, I get mid to low back pain. It's not a muscular, skeletal, tenden type pain, but more like a bruised injury. I find it so strange, moderately painful. Feels like I was a punching bag.

- A non-LL chiropractor can do damage if they twist any part of the spine too quickly. Even an "activator" (which is usually gentle) can be too much for some tender backs.
