I detox with the above. I have been doing them separately in a little water. Is it okay to combine them? I ask just to make things easier since one tends to get left out the way I am doing it now.

Hi,

Great question. I would also like to know.
Am giving my son A-Bart, only 1 drop in the AM, more then that he's completely confused. Only do for a couple of days in a row. then on the days without giving A-Bart I give 10 drops pinella. Also seems alittle confused on it. Also bought Burbur and Parsley but haven't started it yet. Like you, not sure how to.

So, is it OK to give all same day?

I have been taking them all in the same day, I think that is okay. One interesting thing I noted with Pinella is I took it when I had a headache and the headache went away shortly thereafter.

I would just like to know if I can at least combine my pinella and burbur, or any two of these really, into 1/2 cup of water instead of splitting into three doses.

I am wondering if three doses, each in 1/2 cup of water, waters down the herbs.
