Greatings All- I didn't expect to have to do this, but I JUST received my Igenex results over the phone and must decide whether to take a long drive Monday morning to get additional testing (have already had many) and/or get a script for Doxy.... The nurse was kind enough to read them all to me over the phone so I can seek advice and decide what to do.
Positive Band 23 last summer Positive Elisa two weeks ago (still can't get the bands from ensuing wb-so did Igenex)
Where I am baffled is that I am officially Igenex and CDC negative today- and my thought previously was that, perhaps, in some way my past Parvovirus b19 COULD have hindered my band 23 results last summer....that is still unclear...
So I didn't test positive on band 23 through Igenex but here are my results:
Please forgive for seeking help as such- I don't have a legend for specific notes re: stars, etc... and I want to make the right decision for my health, treatment, life.
ps. I have been taking doxy for five days and have noticed that I can now pick my legs up....so, perhaps it's working- I don't have anymore...

Not really sure on the band reading but if you are having symptoms of lyme maybe it would be best to speak with a LLMD and clinically see if you should get treatment.
I believe that there are many factors that may hinder the test.
