I have taken a break due to brain fog. Has yours started to lift yet? I have taken up to a week break and then re-start SLOWLY.

I feel like that's fine. I see a top llmd who allows me to do that should I feel sick enough. Just last week I had to take 4 days off. I don't do it very often, but when you are feeling that sick, sometimes you need to.

I took three dys off, going back tomorrow. Identity lost, connections to loved ones, everyone's a stranger, nanxiety fom it, fright, flight. Anxiety is lowering but still lost. Feel better.

Scott...sorry to hear about the flare up. I hope you feel better soon.
I know Undiagnosed22...she and I see the same LLMD.
Can't imagine how awful the brain fog must be (I don't like to remember how it felt), but at least you can take some comfort in knowing that the flare likely means the drug is working.
Cheers,
B
