I have had candida issues on and off for many years have been on antifungal meds for a while and eat a candida diet but how do I heal my gut?

Can lyme cause leaky gut as well as it and possibly parasites and metals cause a leaky gut

Do I need to treat lyme and the others first before I get rid of the rest of the candida?

Treating parasites is very important. Dr K. says treat parasites FIRST and Lyme SECOND. Chronic candida is on the symptom list for parasites.

The parasites definitely can cause a leaky gut. Google parasite symptoms and do a search on here for parasites.

Have you done much treatment with abx? If you have, you just may have a wrecked gut. There are ways to heal it over time. I'm in the same spot but I'm not focusing on it too much since I'm still on and off abx.

I think HCL is good for the gut, so is FOS and butyrate.

I agree parasites need treatment but you also just may have a trashed gut.

I think it's super important to understand yeast and the role it plays in the body.

Medical mainstream (even alternative) go after yeast in all the wrong ways in my opinion.

Yeast protects us from toxins & metals.
Yeast helps digest bacteria/parasite die off.
Yeast is in every human being.

The more polluted and toxic you become the more out of control the yeast must grow to PROTECT YOUR TISSUE from damage.

Clean the terrain, kill the bugs, and open the liver.

Don't buy into all these anti-candida fads.
Learn how to eat foods (combining correctly, eating fruit alone on empty stomach, less acidic meat, etc etc)

sauerkraut for good probiotics, has to be the unprocessed? kind? google it

I think iodine helps kill candida and bacteria, but if you have hashimoto's iodine can make it worse, so it's best to be tested for thyroid antibodies first, and get an iodine loading test to see what your' actual iodine levels are. all information was taken off the net, and not from a doctor so be careful with it.

Thanks for all that info guys that is very interesting . I have had yeast for many years that i cant get rid of even with antifungals but my dam doctor kEpt telling me to just take them I have questioned him about parisites and metals but he just laughed it off. I have a feeling if I can treat the parasites and metals and lyme than I could get rid of the yeast.

It is very interesting that yeast acts as a protection from these other things a
