I am having problems with loose stools. No cramps or fever and just in the mornings. Still very frustrating.
No it is not c.diff or yeast. I have been checked.
My dr. prescribed vsl.
I started it last night. Just wondering everyone's experience on how long it took to help.

I never took it for loose stools, so can't help you there. I took it for about 6 months, then found out I'm allergic or sensitive to dairy. GRRR.
It was so much cheaper to get a script for the VSL than to buy regular VSL or other probiotics OTC.

I have never had loose stools either. I use the VSL#3 Double-Strength and believe it is an excellent product.
Because it is prescription, for me the co-pay is less expensive than buying high-quality acidophilus.
I hope it will help you.
