I bought some but haven't used it. I really don't know how much to take, and if it should be taken hours away from other stuff.
I'd like to hear about this too.

I'm taking Cholestyramine for really high C4a levels and neurotoxicity.

I had been given this a long time ago but as I'm sure you know it's a really hard thing to take so I didn't do it.

I totally regret that. I've been taking it everyday for a month and my neuro symptoms are soo much better.

However I know this isn't curing anything but it's making my palpitations much better so I can tolerate taking supplements and abx.

Anyways, bottom line, it's really helpfull in getting rid of the toxins but won't really cure things. Helps with mold issues too, and I have that as well

Hope this helps.

I tried Cholestepure for about 6 months a couple of years ago, taking 2 caps half an hour before meals, I think [ie 6 per day]. Check the label first!

I have to say that I did not notice any change, but then I have been ill a long time and did not expect a magic bullet.

For someone who eats fewer veg than I do it may be helpful, but if you're going to try it, you'll need to get at least 3 tubs to give it a long enough trial.
