I did IV ozone and feel that it helped.
manybites, can you elaborate on why you say that, is that something you read or experienced...?

Dr R in Washington says that oxygen kills Lyme. Increaeing oxygen in the blood is helpful. He stated this on one of his latest pod casts and then named the many ways you can increase oxygen.
PM me is you want the link to his podcast.
I used UV blood treatments, taking blood out, then using oxygen to push it past a UV light and then IV back into the body. Seems to work but I want to get rid of Bart or at least knock it back before I start up again. It is a 2 hour drive each way so I need time to fit it in the schedule.

Ozone is oxygen, three oxygen molecules bonded together rather than two molecules together which is the most common form. It is unstable and will result in free oxygens going around killing bugs.
It can help with pain if injected into infected areas of the body, in that it can kill bugs causing the pain. It has to be done by also injecting anesthesia such as novecaine as it would hurt way too much otherwise.
Sometimes it is also injected with vitamins, sugar, and your own blood plasma to irritate an area to promote healing in your body (while the blood plasma provides extra healing factors).

I had IV ozone done in Germany. Apparently many doctors do it over there and have done it for years and years.
It did not make my babs worse, but I can understand how it would appear that way. When my lyme was gone from the German treatment, the babesia showed it's ugly face. (But now that the lyme is gone, babesia is that much easier to get rid of too.)
Ozone cleared my toxins - I had energy and a clear mind again!
It saved the life of another American woman who had lyme&co and terrible mold. She went from black thick-like-mud blood with full blown MS symptoms to normal blood able to walk around town with me stopping to bend over and take pictures in just 3 weeks. It literally saved her life by cleaning her blood of the mold and toxins.
I posted somewhere else on here but I'll copy it...I just got this info by private email -"FYI, The yahoo group on ozone said that ozone kills babesia. Some folks are only using ozone therapy to stay in remission and they have lyme and babs etc."

Yeah, hens, that's why I asked manybites for clarification on that. I've heard more that makes me think it would kill babesia (including just my "intuition" or "common sense", whatever that is), and know about the layers of treatment, made me wonder if manybites simply had an experience like you had.

I have a good friend who is in the Dominican Republic now getting this therapy. She was seeing Dr. K in Washington State and he couldn't help her; he is the one who referred to the doctor in the D. R. for ozone therapy, feeling it was basically her last chance. She is extremely ill and has zero quality of life.
She has been too sick to get the therapy most of the time she has been there due to anemia. She has already been there for several months. When she did get the treatments she saw the most and the ONLY improvement she has seen in the five or so years she has been deathly ill from Lyme. At this point her organs are on the verge of shutting down, and she is very, very young.
She is waiting to be able to start the treatments again. This is not the average ozone therapy; this is the real hardcore stuff.
