I experienced an episode of sleep paralysis last Sunday night after an awful headache and chest pain. This is what I've been dealing with since (the worse symptoms):
I'm on day 10 of a headache--it's never completely gone, but comes and goes in severity.
The left side of my face has a numb feeling.
The head pressure. I've never felt anything like it before. It's as if my head is a water balloon. I feel like I'm going to explode.
My ears are randomly pounding and feel full. I want to pop them often.
Random feelings all.day.long. as if I'm going to pass out.
The veins in my neck throb--sometimes both--sometimes just one or the other--feel like they will pop.
My short term memory blows.
Is it "normal" for this to last for 10 days straight? MY PCP put me on migraine meds (not helping), OTC pain meds aren't doing a thing. LLMD "thinks" this is lyme flaring because I've been off antibiotics for several months
I'm not getting any relief and feeling like I'm going to die 24/7 sure isn't healthy.
What are your thoughts?
Oh, I've had 2 CT's in the past few months and both were normal.

First let me tell you that I am not a doctor....
The feelings you are describing are basically what many of us with LD experience. I had times when I had a constant headache and ear fullness as well.
I had ear fullness for months I mean everyday for like 6 months straight. The only think that workded was Bactrim which is an abx that clears babs.
I am not sure if you have a LLMD but I would suggest you go an find one.
