Asking for someone else.
Just wanted to collect some opinions...
With small outbreak of shingles on the face, near the temple. Do you think anti-virals should be taken? Valtrex or Acyclovir? Is there a downside?
If near the eye, probably not a bad idea to treat with meds, right?
Thanks.

Antiparsitic herbs helped clear up my shingles. Hope you get some relief.

I had shingles and didn't hesitate to treat with an AV. It cleared it up for me quickly and provided a relief to the pain. I suffered no ill-effects and didn't risk permanent nerve damage that can come from untreated shingles.

Thanks Gail and Thomas.
Yes, in addition, we definitely plan to do more parasite treatments in the near future.
