Everyone's different, had good 1st 2 weeks, herx, salt, downhill since then. Started b-12 methylcolbaline shots, feel worse, more energy, but mind more active, depersonalization worse.

I was on Rocephin in 2007-2008. I noticed improvement within a month. My neuropathy pain was much less and my sleep was great. I was waking up feeling so good. I was on for six months and then had a gallbladder attack. They took me off Rocephin and within 6 months I started going backwards.
I would have stayed on longer as it gave me the most improvement...

I was on IV Rocephin for 4 months. I saw grand improvement in the first two weeks. I got 95% better and was ecstatic.
Symptoms started to increase thereafter, from a list of 3-5 symptoms to 2 pages worth.
I believe the problem might have been that I was not given a cyst buster. Through the course of Rocephin administration I could feel an increase of bacteria load in my blood. It lead to appendage numbness and tingling.
In retrospect I would have taken the IV with Biaxin and Tindamax or Flagyl as well as GSE. This would break up the biofilm and reduce cysts. Tindamax and Flagyl are also great for coinfections, Biaxin is also useful for coinfections.

2nd Lymein DC. Rocephin seemed to stir a bunch of stuff up for me. But I was given the IV as Monotherapy, without a cyst buster, and it really wound up being a waste of time. I think Rocephin would be best paired with a cyst buster, and probably another abx.
I am not a doctor, but this was my experience. I have heard many similar stories to mine.
