We use Researched Nutritionals. It is hard to know what is working as we all 3 take so many supplements. I feel comfortable in the quality of the product. It is often discussed at ILADS presentations and the conference.
Don't know the answer to beta glucan.

I just started taking transfer factor plasmyc from researched nutritionals, don't know yet if it's doing anything? Not sure how to tell if anything is doing anything, esp. when I'm on so many pills.
