Here's yet another article about Lyme Disease in the press.

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/04/04/global-warming-lyme-disease-west-nile_n_1400692.html

Here's another chance to make our voices heard and also help educate the public by posting in the comment section.

Let's inundate it with comments and provide the "correct" information.

You have to join the site to post a comment but it will be time well worth it. It takes just a few minutes.

A great place to post the lyme petition, too!

Come on every one. People are posting and spreading good information to those so ill informed. We all MUST get involved.

Take the opportunity to post the Lyme Petition. We can't sit silent when there is an opportunity to make our voices heard and make a difference.

Post links and information. Here's the lyme Petition link for your easy access. Tell your story. Provide the "real" links not the IDSA version.

Here's the link to post a link on Huff Po:

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/04/04/global-warming-lyme-disease-west-nile_n_1400692.html

Please let's over load them with comments and help spread the word about our plight.

Wow does any one care about changing the status quo?

Since I posted the petition many more people signed on.

Many have put it on their face book page. Change does not come by remaining silent.

Where is everyone today? There is a healthy discussion going on helping educate the public about our plight.

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/04/04/global-warming-lyme-disease-west-nile_n_1400692.html

Also a perfect place to tell your story and help others and also a perfect place to post the lyme petition link.

Many more have signed on today, as a result of my constantly posting it.

I'm really surprised that there was not one response to my post. There is a lively debate with over 1,100 replies taking place about lyme disease and it's a great place to help educate others and get the word out about our plight, post links and post the lyme disease petition.

People have signed the petition.

I just read through these and we really have to step up and comment because there's a lot of people writing and commenting and there's a lot of "lymies are just lazy" and other ignorant statements.

The discussion still going strong with 1,264 comments. So much misinformation and such an opportunity to spread the word and help others.

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/04/04/global-warming-lyme-disease-west-nile_n_1400692.html?ref=the-infection-loop

The petition is up to 19071 signatures. That's up 200 since I've been posting it non stop!

http://www.lymedisease.org/petitionscript/index.php

Wish others would chime in.

Still tryng to get my head around all this lyme stuff, but thank-you to others who are so articulate and spreading good information.

I shudder to think what would have happened to my son if I had not stumbled onto a lyme info website!

I'm so glad you found this website. Yes, there is a lot to learn about this illness.

1,312 comments so far. No bad but more would be better.

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/04/04/global-warming-lyme-disease-west-nile_n_1400692.html

The Lyme petition has more the two hundred new signatures on it, too.

It really would be great if others would post it. We need all the help we can get:
