One of our ILADS doctors and Brooke Landau, emmy award winning newscaster, have taped a show on Lyme Disease on Dr. Phil. The show will air on Friday April 13th. Check your local listings. This is a huge breakthrough for our cause. I thank this physician and her courage to bring national attention to this cause.

Wow, I'd like to know who the LLMD is (I know, don't post here). What network is he on? Easy to find out, I'm sure.

You couldn't even post the names of LLMD's that were in UOS if asked.
Seems extremely silly to me, but thems the rules.
Probably shouldn't have posted Brooke Landau's name or Dr. Phils either.
We've got to be careful you know, the IDSA is watching. They probably don't know anything about the Dr. Phil show or who's going to be on it.

Yes, you can't mention Dr Phil's name. It's not like anyone could find the LLMDs number in the Yellow Pages. Kidding.

I just wrote my story on the site MattH gave.
Everyone please post something for Dr. Phil to see so he can announce on his show how many of us have responded.
When you are waiting for rescue and the helicopter flies over, scream!

Does anyone know if someone from the IDSA side of the argument will be there? Not that I want them there but I would expect Dr. Phil to present a balanced argument.

Not so silly after you see our LLMDS persecuted and comments made about them on a forum used against them. It sounds insane but the other side will use anything they can get their hands on. We can't give them ANY ammunition.

Neither of them treat lyme so there is no problem using their names.

"Among the guests are Lyme survivor/TV weathercaster Brooke Landau, two additional Lyme patients, Lyme-literate doctor B, MD, and the IDSAs Dr. Paul Auwaerter."
(FYI Not the famous Dr. B that everyone thinks of when they hear Dr. B)
I alsways feel annoyed when I have to listen to the IDSA rhetoric but I'll watch it anyway. Hope it goes well for us.

Looks like she's talking about the IDSA doctor since he is mentioned in most of the articles she posted.
I'd agree with her.
