does anyone know how to take the byron white formulas? it says on bottle use twice a week for ababs. but i read somewhere that your supposed to take every day on empty stomach? if inhave to take on empty stomach can i take it with other pills?

the LLMD I see ramps up the BW formulas from one drop, once a day to 15 drops, twice a day. In steps.

Can't help on the timing with other pills.

Like JMB, I was instructed to ramp up as described in that post. Was also told half hour after meds which were also on an empty stomach was fine.

My doc said to take them 1/2 hr before meals. Go slow with the drops, even if you don't feel like they are doing anything (heard there's more success with going slowly).

Katrina, I know you've posted some questions about yeast before. These drops gave me yeast (I am soooooooo yeast sensitive). But I emailed the BW company and they told me to put the drops in a small dish, then put that dish in a larger dish with some warm water (warm water bath). Let it sit for 5 or 7 min (alcohol will evaporate) This worked for me.

P.S. The email from BW said not to use the microwave to warm the water (affects the herbs).
