Don't want to hijack the Byron White thread, but I'm running into a similar problem with my medication/supplement schedule.
I'm taking A-Bart 2 X a day, minerals and (ABX+supps.). The A-Bart is empty stomach and the minerals have to be taken by themselves.
The ABX and the supps. can be taken with food. So far, so good. But I'm also taking Welchol and want to add lumbrokinase.
Can someone tell me if the following would work?
upon rising: minerals 1 hour later ABX + supps. + breakfast 1 hour later: Byron White + lumbrokinase 4 hours later Welchol + lunch 1 hour later: Lumbrokinase 3 hours later: Welchol + dinner 4 hours later ABX + supps 1 hour later Byron White + lumbrokinase
If wake in night-more Lumbrokinase, Welchol.
Does this sound like a plan?

Sounds like it will work, without knowing all the specifics of the supplements you take.
When will you be taking probiotics in this schedule?

It is neccessary to make at least two hours gap between atb and minerals also one hour after meal is not really empty stomach, so these two things could be problem

Well, there are only 24 hours a day. May not be perfect, but it's a best attempt.
My LLMD even says to take probiotics with ABX, since it's too much to ask people to adopt these crazy schedules that take over their lives, and even taken with this way, they provide some benefit.
I'm sure I'm going to get a ton of flack for saying this...
