I am not sure you should break it. Call your Dr. Or just take one until you make sure.

Mine are breakable tablets. They are not capsules and not time release.
I took 500 mgs until my ears wouldn't stop ringing.

I took 500 mg twice a day for 5 months with no problems.

The recommended dose of Zithromax for Lyme is 500-1200 mg daily. I took the highest recommended dose.
Are you sure the tablets are 500 mg each?
You need to find out what your doctor wants you to take.

seen 500 x's 2 a day but how's the heart?? Qt range,, watch for flutters....... what else are you on????
I was put on this before diagnoses from NASA doctor..
Sick so long, infection and many are using 250 for pain (CRP test)RA doc's, Pulm. Doc's etc
