OMG this was my biggest complaint! I had it on both sides. It was just awful. My LLMD gave me neurontin and lidoderm patches. It is definitely better than it was, but still bad somedays. Upping my magnesium helped as well because the inflamed muscles were what was adding to it.

I am doing cranio-sacral therapy that is helping tremendously. Also, trying to follow the MS diet to help heal and calm nerve damage/inflammation. It is hard, but is helping.

I am juicing as well to compensate for the times I can't get in the 9 cups of super foods needed.

Also, go to centenoschultzclinic.com. There is a free E-book on orthopedics 101 or something like that. Lots of info you won't get from mainstream docs.

I had a brain MRI that led to MRI's of my entire spine which show all kinds of problems that most likely have resulted from 2 bad knees that need replacing. It has affected my entire body alignment which in turn has caused nerve impengement (sp?), thus leading to accelerated degeneration.

Most orthopedic docs won't mention any of that --they just want to replace. Also, a lot of the numbness in my arms is being caused by nerve impengement in my spine. Cranio-sacral therapy is helping with that as well.
