Take Chlorella or chlorophyll (experts think chlorella is way, way superior because of nutrient content).
Chlorella or binding agents your choice moves down into small intestines where they will await and bind SOLIDLY the toxins you hope to release with killing/detoxing agents. Our enemies are housed all together! One eco-system in our body. Binders have to be in place in small intestine BEFORE toxins are coming down.
20 minutes after binders are taken, take the stuff that causes detoxing.
Give it another few minutes before you have your meal.
Repeat this process before taking other meals. Bedtime binders are also important.
You can take all the best meds and killing agents and detox agents, they will not work well or do what you expect them to do, unless you pay attention to timing.
Take care.

Would like to try chlorella by Mercola would be better suited with my limited income plus safer. Any advice?

How should I time chlorella around abx?
Should I take chlorella before abx so it absorbs the toxins that are released from the bacteria as they die off?

I'm getting ready to start a brief RX parasite treatment protocol.
Right now I'm only taking IV glutathione, milk thistle, NAC, and Pekana as detox support.
Sounds like I should add something like Chlorella too. When is the best time to take this? I don't want it to interact with my antibiotics or other supplements.
Also, what brand do you all recommend? Thanks!

It's best to take chlorella 20 minutes before eating. According to my Seattle docs, it is okay to take supps with your meal thereafter. I would avoid taking near to abx.
You can also take chlorella at bedtime.
We all know what it's like to juggle schedules. Somehow try to fit it in.
This was my favorite binder until I got more 'sulphur sensitive' and have had to cut it out. I hope my sensitivity subsides so I can take it again one day. In addition to being a binder, it is also a super food. Great supp.

So chlorella doesn't bind to supplements/abx? I've always been unsure on whether or not I can take it with anything else?

The best is to take the chlorella by itself with water 20 minutes before anything else. THEN take anything that would cause detoxing. Do something else for a few minutes, THEN eat.
If you need to take supplements or meds with food, do it when you eat, about 20-30 minutes after the chlorella.
The point is to have the chlorella at the location of the intestine where the gall bladder squirts the bile that contains the toxins into the intestines when the gall bladder is activated. It is activated by FOOD going into your mouth, according to Dr. K.
Hope this helps!

I am fairly new. Will someone please clarify: "THEN take anything that would cause detoxing."
What are things that cause detoxing?

What if you don't have a gallbladder anymore?? Are the toxins still released on the same timing??
What about apple pectin and charcoal? Take those at a different time?
Thanks!

I just read this post and wanted to add that cilantro can be a great help in detoxing and chelating heavy metals (mildly). Since adding it to my diet, I am feeling so much better.
I am now growing my own, but if you buy it at the grocery store, be sure and soak in water with a tsp. of apple cider vinegar for a few minutes. Then rinse thoroughly.
I chop it up and put it in eggs, soups, salads, and whatever I can. I enjoy the taste and sometimes just have it alone. You can throw it in salsas and pestos as well.
I am going to wait until I talk to my LL MD or someone knowledgeable about chelating heavy metals when you have lyme disease before pursuing any other measures because I have read that it can be very dangerous and it is complicated with Lyme.
