Soles of your feet hurting in the morning is Bart, but any time of day is Babesia, per Dr. C, ped LLMD.

Definitely sounds like bart. While some symptoms overlap with babesia, babs for me was headaches, fatigue and shortness of breath. Bart is more leg pain, foot pain, red eyes, some night sweats, definitely GI issues, bleck.
Bart is becoming more difficult to eradicate. A really good LLMD can help you.

Bart also causes insomnia, irritation/rage and depersonalization. It really hits your nervous system. With babesia you tend to be exhausted, depressed and sleep more. Bart causes a thick sticky sweat whereas babesia microti is profuse sweating. Babesia duncanit, not much sweating.
Foot pain in the morning and shin pain is classic bart. Ehrlichia can cause the eyes to be red and irritated. I never figured out what was making my eyes so bad.
Look at your skin for other indications of bart like pea size brown spots, crusty moles, swelling like edema that does not leave an impression when you press it, streaks etc.
If you had it and did not treat it, it is still there. You have to address all the infections.

Ditto - sounds like Bart to me. Very similar to what I had. Any mystery skin stuff pop up?
