Hi Birdie...I have the same thing..real painful in the heels..left foot extremely worst than right , same with hands .
I have resorted to using my cane cause I have to walk on toes for left foot or I just drag it around.
I don't know about co's ..I will be seeing a qualified LLMD in June...I haven't tested for any yet with present doctor. I am asuming it is one of the co's.
Mine even hurts lying down...nothing seems to get rid of it..I have massaged it, but it is so painful to touch. I have noticed that it is so much worst after sitting down and then getting up...like instead of feeling better with rest it hurts more.
