Hey-
Was doing some research and came across this Zyflamend. It got rave reviews.
Has anyone tried it and if so what were your experiences?

Yep. Been using it for years. It got me off prescription anti-inflammatories (Bextra).
I just take 2 a day now, as it helps my knees that I damaged in sports as a teen.
Veterinarians are now also recommending it for dogs in lieu of NSAIDs. And New Chapter's research has shown it kills prostate cancer cells. Not relevant to me, but might be to some.

It didn't seem to help me much. I think tumeric is a good thing but I guess it wasn't for me at the time.

I tired it and it made me so much worse! I was in tears! When I went back to the health food store where I purchased it they said I definitely should not be using it while taking all the abx I am on as it causes them to be even more potent. Switched to just increasing the magnesium and felt 100 times better.

- I can't tolerate herbs myself, but I haven't tried this. I have found pretty good relief from NOW Curcumin. It contains much more turmeric than the Zyflamend. (curcumin/turmeric is what has actions against cancer)

Tricia, thanks for asking about this. I ordered the Zyflamend awhile back. I can't take NSAIDS so I thought this would be a good alternative.
I've yet to try it. Thanks to all who replied so far!
Can anyone offer more input/experiences?
