I use 25 drops, 2x per day which is my max dose, but had to work up to this. It works pretty well even in my spine/neck area. You can herx pretty hard in the beginning, so it is good to start slow. Some people herx from just one drop in liquid.

I take 15 drops twice a day. I don't weigh a lot so for me this is a slightly higher dose than normal.

As others stated above you have to work up to the full dose slowly.

If you experience a herx stay where you are or drop the dose down a bit.

Did your llmd say how long you will be on these for?

thejoje,

You should take Byron White formulas on an empty stomach and then wait 30 minutes to eat or take another BW formula. I often end up waiting 20 minutes.....
