supposed to aid in Lyme treatment...In capsule
If were to try it what would you do
Like 1 cap a day..extra water?
Does it make you swell if take to much???? Is this the kind for salt/c protocol that is discussed here?

I would dissolve it in water. There's a book/website called the water cure that says the salt is better dissolved and the reasoning makes sense to me. Plus, no sense in buying it in capsule form if you're taking it that way.

So it does go with the C to help?
Will the salt just help a bit on it's own?
Don't want to mix up to much..So a bag of salt , put a pinch & 1/2 in 8 ounces and chug.
that's what I got out of the video...

It wouldn't interfere with anything, would it?/
What is the salt supposed to help/kill/
On the video I saw it was about general immune/gut improvement.

I use salt because I am always low in sodium since I don't eat processed food. I think the ratio is one quarter tsp per quart of water, but it's been a long time since I read the site.
I believe the dosage is much higher for salt/c.
If you're low in salt, it affect, among other things, the adrenal glands. Also, the chloride in salt is needed for your stomach to make hydrocholoric acid for digestion.
