Perhaps the enema released toxins, but I feel worse anyway . How many times do you do the enema before you feel LESS toxic ?

Is my reaction unusual?

Good question. I have only done a coffee enema a couple of times and would like to know when to feel results.

I'd love to hear of others' experiences with coffee enemas since my LLMD recently told me to do them and I'm scared. I am very sensitive and react to everything.

I cannot live with out them. When I am feeling especially toxic there is instant relief for me. I try to do them twice a week.

I have reacted horribly to things most others tolerate without issue such as chlorella and epsom salts.

I'm just worried that if one more thing makes me as sick as the chlorella did that my husband will have some words for my LLMD. He thought I was gonna die and so did I.

I had a bad reaction twice. Don't think they are for me. Bad headache and really shaky afterwards. I was so hoping for a cheap eff give detox method.
