Within a week, about 9 months after all these strange symptoms started, the day that changed everything for me, I was just sitting down relaxing and suddenly I had the strangest feeling, like something jolted me in my back or stomach, I couldnt really tell, it was so sudden and weird feeling, then I felt more tingling, almost like a shiver, down my left side my eye went a little droopy and it felt like the nerve near my eye was twitching, my mouth felt weird like I couldnt move it very well, I got up and I was off balance I was very dizzy and felt really weird. My hearing went out again a little, with ringing and buzzing in my ears, such pressure in my head. I felt like Id had a stroke. Id never had one before but I knew the symptoms and have seen what they can do to you as I work in health care.
I've just been reading this story earlier...

http://www.canlyme.com/smurraystory.html and found out that I also have this symptom that comes and goes (not really daily). The woman that I've quoted, explains the symptom perfectly.

Whenever I lay in bed, especially just before falling asleep, I get this stammering, jolting sensation (I get in in the buttocks, stomach, spleen and liver area). This symptoms is accompanied by a severe shortness of breath that goes away within a few minutes.

Here's my entire story - http://www.lyme.ws/lyme-disease-story-2/ and all of my symptoms [Smile]

Did anyone else have this?
