Tonight I have been having a scary symptom where I feel like my heart jumps, startling me. After that I felt a strange woozy feeling in my hard and felt the startling feeling again this time all the way down to my feet giving me the pins and needles feeling.

Has anyone had this before?

Is it palpitations? I get those and it makes me so anxious I get woozy...I also get lots of tingling down the body....mostly hands and feet out of no where!

I get weird palpitation feelings sometimes. Similar to what you describe...not sure what its from. Im on zith and i know that can cause irregular heart beats...I'm thinking of asking for a holter monitor to see what's going on.

Yes, I use to get this. Horrible feeling! Seems like a startle or fight or flight thing. Maybe adrenal related.

Mine has gotten a lot better. I get them very rarely now (knock on wood) but I can sympathize. It's an agonizing feeling.

Have you mentioned it to your LLMD?
