I can't figure out what is going on! I have been on ceftin 1000mgs and amoxy 2000mgs for about a month now and have had lyme for 7 years. For the past 3 days I have been super dizzy! I take florinef because my aldosterone tested in the gutter and drink and salt my food all day. I am even lightheaded laying down.

Sometimes I get inner ear dizziness in which I take ativan for but that is more of a rocking on a boat type problems...this is flat out dizziness. I took my BP and it was 112/73 laying/sitting and 120/83 Standing. Could this be a herx? I am also feeling kind of discouraged....I have been on meds for a month now and don't see any improvements! Old symptoms are popping up...playing around for a few days and then fading but I don't notice any real improvements where I say I'd feel better on meds than off...it just seems that everything is stirred up. Is it too soon? When do I know that I am on the right track? I don't want to give up so early but really need to feel better ASAP! Don't we all? [bonk]

I blame my lightheadedness and dizziness on babesia...but who really knows?
