It's been about a week since I started oral liposomal glutathione (www.seekinghealth.com)

I use 1/8 tsp with some fresh pineapple juice in the afternoons on empty stomach and within 30 mins to 2 hours I feel really good (happy, more energy, clearer vision and thinking)

I'm very thankful for this as my system was so toxic for so long.

Congrats!

For what it's worth, my favorite way of raising glutathione is through cold showers.

So happy that something is noticeably working.

Does everyone who is allergic to sulfa react to glutathione?

I am so toxic, but have an allergy to Bactrim and am wondering about glutatione.

Fingers crossed that it continues to work!

Thanks yall

Just out of curiosity... how many times a day could one realistically use this?

I do use a small dose and the Doctor helping me with MTHFR said I could use it 2-3 xs per day on empty stomach if real toxic
