So, I took a Zyrtec today I have mild allergies but its part of my LLMDS flare protocol I wanted to see how I did on it.
I have taken Zyrtec in the past no problem But today I am so tired. I can barley keep my eyes open at my desk. I am so drowsy and tired. I thought it was suppose to be non-drowsy...
ugh. I took it at 7 am how much longer will this last I just want to go to sleep.

Take it in the evening instead. My DH has the same problem with Zyrtec if he takes it in the morning...but he's fine if he takes it before bed.

Try taking half a dose - 1/2 in am and 1/2 in pm. That is the only way I could avoid becoming drowsy from it.
I find Benadryl works better for calming a herx but that is very drowsy!!! and causes RLS..
