costco has been incredible to us, so i didn't want to complain but when i picked up my VSL, it was sitting on the shelf(not refigerated). brought it out to car and it was room temp.
i know it was delivered that day to them and was prob refridgerated then. how long before they go bad?
just trying to figure out if this is why i feel terrible in my gut or it's just the rifampin wreaking havoc.

culturelle doesnt technically need to be refrigerated, I know biok plus does. I think however that most drs recommend probiotics be kept in cold temperatures and thus refrigerated as it keeps the strains in the supplements at maximum efficacy.
Hope that helps, sorry I dont know at ton about VSL. also i will say rifampin is legit THE DEVIL when it comes to your stomach, or at least mine. I t absolutely tore my stomach apart. I hope you feel better soon.
