I saw a new llmd last week and he suggested I take 4 different abx together. Here are the doses, I am support to start taking them at low doses then build up to these full doses.
Doxy 200 mg twice a day Plaquenil Mepron Rifampin
I have a big yeast problem, and he said that two more antibiotics from what I was already taking wouldn't make it much worse. He said a product called homozon, similar to Oxypowder would help me with yeast. What do you all think?

- I can't say about the Rx doses.
SUN WARNING with DOXY
Did you get the warning to avoid ALL sun exposure to skin, even through a car window when on doxycycline - and for up to 3 weeks after stopping (if and when that might happen)?
You may even need gloves to drive, and a tightly woven cotton or rayon long sleeve shirt that will also cover the side of your neck from the sun through the window.

Also taking liver support of some type? -

Not sure about the plaquenil, but the others are the high side of standard doses. IIRC, I took 300 mg rifampin twice a day.
If you already have a yeast problem, diflucan is probably a useful addition.
Make sure to get the standard blood tests for liver/kidney.
If your yeast problem is on your tongue, scrubbing it with a rough toothbrush and hydrogen peroxide can be a big help.

I'm sorry, dosages are not allowed to be posted. I left the doxy dosage because we do allow that to be talked about so that newly diagnosed people see the proper dosage, but full protocols are not allowed.
Maybe someone on those meds can answer you by PM.

- While every one should have treatment specifically tailored to their diagnoses, and what they can tolerate - each LLMD may have differences in the timing - combinations or rotations - and how to build up to the optimum levels, according to the patient's capacity.

It's very important to have this book as a reference tool for self-care and support measures. It answers so many questions in detail that is impossible here on the forum.
