I take them 15 minutes before food and abx to ensure the biofilm is broken (can be used as systemic) and then when I eat with the meds the enzymes are already there

I take digestive enzymes with the first bite of food and take my abx right after I finish eating.

Yes, my dd takes Parazyme by RenewLife at the beginning of her meal and swears that it is helping! so I recommend this one! AFterward, she takes her antibiotics.

I wouldn't take them at the exact same time. I would take them and 1/2 to an hour apart.

My LLMD said to take enzymes at the beginning of the meal and the abx after finishing the meal.
