My anxiety is back and if it's not better by Monday when I see my llmd in gunna ask for something.

I read about buspar it says it's non addicitive anyone have any experience with this?

Yes I have taken it for years. I would get anxiety so bad I would vomit. The Buspar controls it for me. I wouldn't be without it.

I stopped taking it after a about a week because it made me incredibly irritable.

That being said, I think it's worth a shot since it's cheap and not addictive.

I thought it took a while to build up and work. Best medicine book says its the safest of the Benzo'ish family/////

That being said I wonder if I should try it and lower/get rid of Valium or xanax..

I just know it doesn't work quick and I usually just take the other's as needed ,,

Unfortunately ,since my body just kinda crumbled last Aug, it would be daily anyway
