I have had problems with my order in taking my meds. I think I have them set up right this time. I have shuffled them around several times. Here goes and I hope this doesn't bore you.
Serra Peptase #1 8am 30 min before food or 1 1/2 hr after. Amox.#1
1 Detox Factors an hr. later
Probiotic at noon Paramicrocidin at noon Magnesium at noon
#2 ParaMicrocidin at supper (5-6 PM)
Serra Peptase #2 at 8pm Amox #2 at 8PM
1 Detox Factors an 2 hrs. later
Also in the morning I take Fish oil, garlic pills, Vit C and my eye drops. And drink about 8 cups of water a day. Any one have an opinion as to whether I should switch these around again? Also I am on a NO wheat, dairy, yeast, gluten, and a alkaline diet.

I hope this works for you,, My list is at least double and I'm still baffled at what goes in and why this disease and friends are not completely in the Abyss Posts: 2563 | From Denver,CO | Registered: Aug 2011

I am also taking a couple of Tablespoons of plain yogurt from time to time to help the gut. Also I have added 5-7 cherries into the diet. They are supposed to good for gout pain... so why not give them a try.

Hi nonnao5, My naturopath said that I should take the Amox and Serrapeptase at the same time. And the second dose of Amox should be 12 hours later so I take the Serrapeptase again with that. And I guess the Probiotic, Paramicrocidin and Magnesium at noon is to build me back up. And the detox has lots of vitamins in it. So I think that I am doing OK. I hope so anyways.
