I have been on pulse therapy and while being off of abx now for about 4 wks I've noticed many little lumps in various places on my body (under skin). I understand now that these are lyme bacteria gathering (colonizing) in lymph nodes. My body is pretty tender allover but especially in lymph areas. I will be going for a Mammogram next week and wonder how these lumps will appear to the Dr. and if they appear different than suspicious tissue matter. I doubt that the Dr. will be up on lyme, I could be wrong but.... I can imagine if I were to have a full body MRI, how many little lumps are here and there and everywhere and the lesions in my brain, that would be scary to see.

You could do a thermogram instead. No squeezing of the breasts and no radiation.

What is a thermogram? Is it as good at detecting cancer as a mammogram is?

Google thermogram and a site will come up that tells you where practitioners are that do it. It will also explain what it is.

Painless and easy. Insurance most likely won't cover it but it was under $200 to do mine.
