Please forgive me for another post...I'm "needy" today and forgot to add this question to previous post.
I had a full hysterectomy a couple of years ago and have been on Premarin for my menopause (surgical menopause due to growth in ovary). I decided to go off of it about 2 months ago to see if I even still need to be on it because of the cons of HRT. I've had heat intolerance for a long time now but it has hugely increased to the point where at work I have to sit down and I'm litterally drenched in sweat. I also have heat flashes constantly. I'm thinking of going back on premarin, but know it probably won't help for a while. Any suggestions of natural OTC products that might help until I can get my hormones checked or back on premarin ????? Posts: 36 | From Arkansas | Registered: Feb 2012

I use bio-identical hormones which are said to be much more safe than premarin. Other than that there's a vita-pak at GFC specifically for menopause. It helped with my hot flashes.
