I am afraid to take Cortez for some reason. I am afraid of the side effects. (insomnia, etc). Does anyone have any natural solutions for adrenals that are down the tubes? Thanks in advance for your help.

I have been on Cortef for about 3 years and it literally got me out of bed. I didn't have any issues or side effects.
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to bring my adrenals "up" with just natural supplementation.
Everyone is different but it does depend on how depleted your adrenals are as to how you may respond. It is recommended to start slow and titrate up (at 2.5 mg) which some doctors don't know.
This product is really good -- "Adapt" by InterPlexus.
I believe I read somewhere that Burrascano says "if your adrenals are not healthy the abx will not work"

Yes... some use Isocort but it should be noted that the formulation has changed from bovine adrenal cortex to a fermented plant-derived cortisol
I wish it had worked but it didn't for me and it was before they changed the formulation.
