I was on this exact combo 2 months ago. I doubled up and felt absolutely terrible the next day. I would strong recommend spacing them out and not doubling the omnicef.
Even if doc says it's ok, first hand..one of the sickest days I've had. Not a herx, just toxic and paralyzed.
I'd take the Plaq an hr before the other 2.

I also learned from experience to start one med at a time waiting a couple days before starting another med. If you start them all at once and react to one, then you have to stop everything until the reaction ends and start over one at a time.
Unless I had taken a medication before, I never started them all at once after that experience.
There might be a reason the doctor wants you to take the Omnicef all at once. It depends on how long it stays in the body ... so that the right concentration of it is in your body. It might be stronger taken all at once. So, be sure to ask.
