I think I pushed too hard and had too much die-off. My viruses are going crazy.

Mouth full of ulcers. Swollen red tonsils. Red mucosa in throat.

Not an upper respiratory infection. No cough, sneeze, runny nose.

This happened after my first batch of Humaworm, as well. Parasites died and released all kinds of microbes.

I want to hear from Valtrex users. Or Valcyte.

I'm on valtrex and have been since I started treatment years ago. Without it my viruses go crazy since I started treating lyme. It works to keep viral symptoms down for me.

Will you PM me your dosage? Do you take it with or away from antibiotics?

Google : "Dr Martin Lerner CFS valtrex EBV ".

He found many cfs patients with EBV and tried valtrex with them. Many improved ( not all cured) but all of them DID feel worse the first three months on valtrex . The viruses DO die off and make people feel worse before they feel better .

Before I was Dxed with lyme I took valtrex after reading the doc's story in the WSJ . I felt worse 3 months , then was improved enough to get out of bed . It helped , but still no cure in my case anyway. I took highest dose for 2 years .

Thanks TerryK and annxyzz!

I've heard mixed reviews on the effectiveness of Valtrex. I'm glad you feel it worked for you. It seems like you have to stay on it for quite some time.

I feel like it's time for me to address my high viral titers. I'm going to try Valtrex in my next med round.

Elderberry extract has proven to be effective against viruses.

I wonder if it would help you.

I've taken it at the first sign of a cold, and instead of progressing, the cold resolved in a day or two, and I never got sick.

My LLND just lowered my dose of Valtrex and all of my auditory symptoms seem to be coming back - louder tinnitus, hearing loss and feeling of fullness in my ears.

I hate needing all of these meds. My LLND does not want to prescribe the higher dose. I will probably try to increase my lysine and see if that helps.

Same effect or more better results on viruses you can have with monolaurin OLE and oil of oregano any two of this three together will do the job.
