It was said in different sources that Lyme symptoms flare up approximately every 4-6 weeks.

Do all the symptoms flare up at the same time or it goes in cycles for every issue or affected organ independently?

For me it is totaly chaotic, I can't figure out if there are any cycles at all and it makes me doubt that I'm on the right path...

What's the other's experience?

Same here . Can't feel any cycles only up and down and all around. Worst with treatment and feel more invaded than ever. The best I've felt is to calm the invasion but as far as reducing it, seems almost impossible for me.

I don't herx much on ABX and don't get it either. I herxed more on anti parasitics, but even that is short lived.

So for everyone else it's going in perfect 4-weeks cycles or this is an old topic and I missed it?

My understanding from what I have read is that you want to keep track of your symptoms and hopefully you will begin to see a pattern.

Part of the difficulty is the co-infections cycle at different times so if you have co-infections you may flare at different times.

I think flares can produce herxes because that is when the bacteria is replicating.

Just my opinion.

I certainly flare up, but not necessarily right on schedule. I think there are a lot of factors involved like amount of sleep and stress, hormone fluctuations, etc. so it can be hard to see the patterns.
