That would be a definite positive and your LLMD will interpret it the same way. You're doing the right thing by coming here for support and starting treatment.
You have lyme specific bands along with a 41+. Make sure he runs a full co-infection blood panel as well as it's rarely ever just lyme by itself.

Definite exposure to the Lyme borrelia bacteria.
IgM
31 and 83-93 are lyme specific and your indeterminate are also on lyme specific antigen markers.
Of course 2 of the 3 positives are not on the CDC test.
The 3rd positive, 41 is the flagella and while not specific to lyme borrelia indicates a spirochte bacteria.
IgG
41 is typically the first band to show positive (I think from Steeres 1986 paper).
The indeterminate are all lyme specific. Indicates some antibody are present just not strong enough to be considered a positive.
Good luck, see my next post.

Its amazing there is a controversy to this insidious disease and Ive found it easiest to show a couple of u tube videos on the controversy.
He is a saint and I show this to help illustrate how MDs have been prosecuted so normal MDs shy away from doing anything but following the flawed IDSA guidelines.

Patty:
One last post. This shows you've been bitten by a tick at the least.
Unfortunately ticks typically carry more than one pathogen.
If will be less expensive if you can have your primary care MD run tests for Babesia (microti and duncani) Bartonella, Erlicholosis.
They are the most common but there are others.
See if he will also run a CD57 and D3 (hydroxy 25) tests.
