I started out at 2 mg, which seemed to make me feel a little better. So, my doctor had me try to increase to 3 mg.
After about 3 or 4 doses I crashed big time!

I had quite a flare in symptoms, and many of which I would attribute to yeast!! Ugh, I thought I had it somewhat under control at the moment!

So now I'm taking diflucan every day (or I'll try to) for the next week or so at least. I'm already feeling terrible from it. I was already taking diflucan 2-3 days days per week without an issue. Also taking OLE, nystatin, etc.

Has anyone else had this happen? If so, how long did it take before things returned to status quo??

Needless to say I went back to the lower dose of LDN after this flare started!

Any input appreciated.

Stay on the lower dose for a while and slowly increase as you can tolerate it. Many have to go very slow and some can't use the higher dose. Listen to your body.

LDN helps a lot of people. I was on it for 6 months and did not get any benefit, but many swear by it and some LLMD's are now using it.

Yes, I do think I saw a clear improvement from 2 mg. I took that dose for about 5 or 6 weeks before I tried bumping it up to 3 mg.

I'll gladly stay at 2 mg as it seems like anything more stirs the pot.

I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced a yeast flare up from this. Has to be because it's "modulating the immune system", I guess.

I do fine on 4 mg, but as with everything else, each person reacts differently.
