Please, suggest me how to do binding. My doctor recommended me to use phosphatidyl choline 1 tsp 2x day. I use it right after breakfast and after dinner. I think I might need to use it between meals, or before meals, please suggest me.

Somebody recommended me to use chlorella 3 g 30 min before meal, and cilantro just before meal, 3 times per day. I use it for almost one months but do not feel that it helped me.

I have so much headache as pressure in my forehead, looks as I worked with computer too much and stop to think (but I cannot do anything at all).
I have software developers workshop in one week but cannot even install software for preparation.
Please, if you can suggest me for even temporary relief, please help me to survive in this situation. Thank you.

evmal, take chlorella 20 minutes before meals and at bedtime. But do not take cilantro at this time. Cilantro crosses the blood brain barrier and if you have like most of us toxic heavy metals in the central nervous system, do not take cilantro now.

Find a physician or practitioner who does energetic testing to guide you. Kinesiology, muscle testing, ART, EAV. Go to www.Klinghardtacademy.com and see if you can find help via that source. Read some of the articles to gain some understanding.

It's hard to do, but limit your EMF exposure as much as you can. Read up on that subject also.
You will get better, but it takes some learning and doing it the right way with the help of a professional. Dr. K. used to practice in New Mexico; so you will find some people there who can help you.

Best wishes.

Sorry this is only in a pinch if you need it for a couple of days short term solution.

You can see if you can get rx for Vyvanse or you can try sudafed(behind the counter one).

Longer term what has helped me is pulsing with a higher dose of Artemisinin(with grapefruit seed extract) and pulsing Crypto-Plus. Also a biofilm buster and no antioxidents while on Artemisinin. I usually do 3 days on Artemisinin.

Also currently on Mepron, Zithromax, ans Septra.

I am not an MD but that is what has helped me.

mlg, are you saying sudafed helps like a binder? i was taking sudafed for congestion a few months ago and the first time i took it, it seemed to relieve some symptoms, it didn't do anything after that first dose though.
