Yes, they do. I contacted the western chapter earlier this year. I understand the paperwork is pretty involved. Also, it is needs-based. Your doctor's office will have to help with this.

I called 2 years ago and they were very kind. They lady that answered the phone was able to help me with all of my questions. We ended up seeing a closer doctor.
